All of these clips were taken on the same day: Sunday, March 6th, 2022. I started by getting up early to fly in Kolob Canyon. Then we decided to head to Bryce Canyon via Cedar Breaks National Monument. There seems to be beauty in every single square inch of the state of Utah. (March 6th)

What an incredible place for an after-work drive on a Friday afternoon! Kolob Canyon Road is just across the street from our RV resort - and is an incredible point to access some gorgeous backcountry. (March 4th)

We had such an incredible three-week stay in Sedona. The first two weeks were filled with hot, sunny days and a terrific week-long visit by a great friend from back 'home' in BC. And then Mother Nature treated us to some gorgeously chilly days during our final week - including a beautiful dusting of white snow to compliment the red rock cliffs and green vegetation. Five stars! This video is a collection of drone clips from our time in Arizona. (February 25th)

This was one of the cooler things we've seen on our journey thus far: Montezuma Castle National Monument. Located just outside Camp Verde, Montezuma Castle is a well-preserved 20 room high rise cliff dwelling constructed right in the sandstone rock face. The dwelling was constructed around 900 years ago and has been abandoned for close to 600 years. After visiting the castle we visited the Bull Pen - a cool desert swimming hole. And this video also includes a couple of short clips of another national monument: Tugizoot. (February 12th)

A hike so nice Veronica did it twice! While I was in Ohio, Veronica and her friend Deanna did the Boynton Canyon hike. It was so pretty that she suggested I check it out, too. It couldn't have been prettier. A nice easy, flat stroll along a nice red dirt trail. And while driving home after our hike we saw some javelinas (also called peccaries), a pig-like mammal that we had heard about but that we had not expected to get lucky enough to see. A few clips from our day trip to the Grand Canyon's South Rim. After a few short walks along the rim we took the long (and slow) way home along Perkinsville-Jerome Road. This primitive and unmaintained road was the highlight of the day, as some of the views were spectacular. (February 20th)

Our after-work hike at Bell Rock - a nice little trail just outside Sedona. This one will always be special because it was during this hike that we made the decision to buy 5+ acres of land near Invermere, BC and build our next home! (February 10th)
